A rich toned horsehide cut above the section of shell cordovan. This leather is very dense yet has a gummy texture. Horse hide is known to be extremely durable with high oil content. The gummy nature of the flesh allows a deep impression of the Russian hatch. Metta Catharina Culatta shows slight pull (colour blooming) when exerted pressure.
