Lagun (French bull)

Lagun is one of the flagship article produced by Remy Carriat. This leather is known to be extremely supple with a consistent prominent grain. Unlike shrunken calf the Lagun has a more rounded (plump) surface with larger grains making this leather an excellent choice for larger goods.

Temper: Very Soft
Surface: Soft and plump with a consistent grain. Excellent water and stain resistance.
Tanning: Chrome tanned.
Patina: Low.
Other notes: Famous for bags due to its soft handle and resilient finish.

Our stock of leathers are sourced from the finest tanneries around the world. We use full grain leathers which shows its natural qualities and will have subtle differences between every hide. The combination of these processes results in a unique feeling between every product.
